Harish Hande of the Solar Electric Energy Company (SELCO) of India and Ruth Mufute of Africare will discuss key factors in project dissemination, looking at small-scale solar electric systems in India and oil presses in Tanzania as case examples.

Jock Brandis, inventor of the Full Belly Project peanut sheller, will be with us for a demonstration and discussion of the peanut sheller as well as new bio-fuel technologies that the Full Belly Project is developing.

TIE is hosting a dinner and panel featuring a cross-section of experts from industry, academia, and the social sector to discuss the breakthrough ideas being implemented worldwide to address the water and sanitation crisis. Speakers include Denise D. Knight of the Coca Cola Companyâ€™s Water Sustainability Initiative, Michael Delaney, Director of Oxfam Americaâ€™s Humanitarian Response, Lotika Paintal, Founder of the startup nonprofit Water Centric, and Dr. Balakrishnan Rajagopal, Asoc. IDDS Final Presentations
